Taiwan Textile Federation is set to take center stage at the 2023 FaW TOKYO (FASHION WORLD TOKYO) by organizing a new product launch event featuring four Taiwanese textile companies.

The event, titled “Taiwan New Product Launch @ 2023 FaW TOKYO,” will focus on sustainable innovation in the textile industry and is scheduled to take place from October 11-12 at the Tokyo Big Sight in Japan.

Day 1: October 11th

On the first day of the event, October 11th, from 13:30 to 14:00 (GMT+9), at the PR Seminar Zone in East Hall, Tokyo Big Sight, the following companies will present their innovative and sustainable textile solutions:

Everest Textile Co., Ltd. will present on the topic of “Recycle, Reuse, Rethink, Reduce, Redesign. ” Everest Textile will discuss the urgent need to address global warming, which poses a significant threat to humanity. By rethinking the excessive use of energy and focusing on methods to reduce carbon footprint through recycling, reuse, reduction, and redesign, Everest Textile aims to inspire global citizens to protect the environment and cherish our planet.

Yuang Hsian Metal Industrial Corp. will showcase “Think different – AB65.” The presentation will explore an innovative approach to identifying environmentally friendly and sustainable textile fiber yarn materials with true potential, particularly focusing on the AB65 solution.

On the second day, October 12th, from 10:15 to 10:45 (GMT+9), at the Sustainable Conference Zone in East Hall, Tokyo Big Sight, attendees will have the opportunity to know more Sustainable Solutions from the following companies:

abacell will present “Return to natural – Abacell achieves environmental sustainability.” With a mission to pass on the values of returning to nature and environmental sustainability from generation to generation, abacell will discuss the growing desire among people to embrace an eco-friendly lifestyle. They will introduce abacell paper yarn, a renewable, biodegradable, and sustainable material with minimal impact on the planet and human health, derived from their extensive paper-making experience.

Resource Green-Sun Biomass Co., Ltd. will shed light on “Pineapple Leaf Fiber Extraction through Hydrolysis Technology,” showcasing their innovative approach to sustainable textile materials derived from pineapple leaf fibers.

In addition to these informative sessions, attendees are encouraged to explore the “Taiwan Textile Select” exhibition at East Hall 6, Booth No. A27-30, and the “Taiwan Pavilion” at East Hall 6, Booth No. A28-41, during the 2023 FaW TOKYO from October 10th to October 12th. These exhibits will feature innovative and sustainable fabrics, yarns, and trimming from 17 premium Taiwanese textile companies.
